Embedded Systems Jobs Board

Right now we are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer for an audio engineering startup that has a mission to design the next generation of both audio software and hardware products.

You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of new and already-existing embedded systems.

Must have skills:

• 3+ years of experience designing, repairing and maintaining electronic circuits

• Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree, or equivalent experience in electronics or electrical engineering

• Signal analysis, debugging, assembly and testing of integrated circuits and their components

• Experience with C/C++ programming of ARM 

• Microcontroller/microprocessor ecosystems

• Measurement experience using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, DAQs and other equipment to measure, analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems

• Applied knowledge and experience designing embedded systems

• Experience reworking SMT components (ideally down to 0402 packages)

• Comfortable working autonomously and in a dynamic and vibrant environment

• Experience reading schematics and PCB layouts and using ECAD software tools (such as Altium designer)

Good to have skills:

• Embedded Linux experience (Buildroot, Yocto, etc.)

• Familiar with analogue audio circuits

• Background in music playing or production and DAWs

• Electronics manufacturing experience
